Why Do I Stay with BHip Global ?

I received a call from the bHip Global Master Distributor the other night. He had multiple things to discuss including the expansion of my bHip Global business, the promotion of the bHip Global Internet Marketing strategy and the upcoming bHip Global events. He said

You've been in the business long enough to know - January is Spring Cleaning. Statistically 15% to 20% of the members will leave for the new business of the week. Later in the conversation he used a slogan,

You cant serve Two Masters discussing how some network marketers think they can manage multiple streams of income without compromising one. Just attending the multiple nightly training calls or events alone would consume more time than humanly possible because of conflicts. You would spend more time managing a calendar than having fun and networking. Honestly in my humble opinion, contributing, recruiting and fully participating would be exhausting in more than one MLM at a time.

When I first Joined bHip Global, people called me and said Oh the reputations - well there's a passage in the Great Book ... he without sin, cast the first stone. This is a tough business. Network Marketing isnt a ride in the park - this is a hard job but its lots of fun too. And there's lots of money - Young Entrepeneurs and First Time Business Owners are successful like no other industry. I'm one of those First Time Entrepeneurs and I'm so thankful. Three years is like a baby in the Industry and I admit it. I'm okay with being New. You really cant think that Young Network Marketers start their day out with Who Can I Harm or Where can I steal? I'm not justifying anything but I am saying if every decision would be without risk, then we never would have had great inventors or young companies. bHip Global has a young CEO and if you cant see the vision of youth, that's fine. I'm not here to convince you... I'm just saying I believe in Terry Lacore's ability to make a lot of money, He has tremendous networking skills, he offers innovative products, he knows the market and what drives success. Additionally, Kosta Gara is the most fabulous upline you could ever hope for. Kosta is a friend, a partner and a genius! These guys aren't quitting - they are in the winners circle and I really am thankful that I joined bHip Global. So if that isnt enough, do you really want to know why do I stay with bHip Global?

So now, one year later - the offers are unlimited for me to jump and join. Just like the Master predicted, people are jumping. Well, dont hang yourself by your own rope because the grass isnt greener on the other side. I mean, you can only imagine how many people call me with the business of the month club. Awesome. Congratulations - get out there, jump around and phone genealogy leads just like Tracy Biller teaches us. Even Mark Yarnell is out of retirement and he called my house the other day. Its unbelieveable! I'm honored - can you imagine? But just know, I'm as solid as a rock committed to bHip Global - the product that works, Kosta is a dream upline - go ahead, be awesome expanding and believing in your venture. For those of you that choose criticizing and complaining about bHip Global or the product, I know bHip Energy provides the herbal energy that my body wants. I personally lost 30 pounds and have no traces of diabetes in my blood work. I dont have to guess if I can afford bHip Energy Blend, there is no monthly autoship requirements and I dont have to play stupid math games to determine if I'll get a commission check. I am certain you will never find a more committed executive team than with bHip Global.

When I was in Dallas, the network of the top bHip Global Leaders was funny, inviting, warm, we had so much fun - our Master Distributor networked with us all through happy hour, they met with us in small groups, they danced with us at the karaoke machine. This is a family more than a business. And we know, that this environment doesnt work for everyone. That's okay with me. I love bHip and let it be known. In years to come, I'll still be a commmited bHip Global distributor. Someone called me Double Diamond instead of Dee Dee - isnt that awesome! I believe this is the place I'll achieve my success. I met alot of the bHip family at the Dallas event, our bHip Global Holiday party and somehow they knew of me. I have no idea how... but its great. I'll be the rock of gilbralter... great people have passed this way and moved on. Opportunities may carry them off like the tide. Its okay - when they look back, they will find Dee Dee Williams is still promoting bHip Global!

Search on buy bhip on google or any of the search engines. My name, phone number or link on every result on page 1. Just contact me if you want to buy bhip energy or bhip nonigia. I have the Bhip Global products for sale - contact Dee Dee Williams to buy bhip. Now I do have some competition inside of bHip Global with other bHip Global distributors and that's great....so we share some of the venues like wordpress and bloggers and article writing. Harnessing the keywords buy bhip has proven to be extremely profitable for me. Building a customer base has always been easy for me - I've been able to personally sell over $6,000 worth of nutrition products per month myself - so I'm here if you want to buy bhip or buy bhip products.

Promoting keywords doesnt happen over night. Once its working - why would i throw it all away just to start over. The thrill isnt in the building a new client base for me, its in the long term residual. Understandably you have to have others searching those keywords and something behind all that searchability - I have to offer a system that works or a catalog that is available in the same place every time. The jumpers have no idea how fabulous our new Team IN Motion system is...but that's okay, The prodigal son is welcome back anytime and we'll throw a welcome home party for you... dont expect me to follow you or if you come back and then leave again, I'll give you the same Bon Voyage attitude everytime.

Search on join bhip on the search engines. Similar success. I recently had a well known networker call me and say i'm looking over a few businesses, why should I join bHip Global. I can have you listen to brief amessage through the Team in Motion System, show you the bHip Global comp plan and I could give a zillion reasons that I believe in...but join bHip Global on Dee Dee Williams' team, because of Dee Dee Williams. I'm here to help you, I'm here to build with you. If someone looks me up and contacts me, be ready because I will move forward with those who are ready. If you are hesitant or undecided, that's fine. Okay so what have I done to make myself worthy? One is I'm honest with you. I set a goal and made $50K my first year in Network Marketing. I have ALWAYS made a profit in every venture I invest in. This past year in 2008 like every year since I reinvest
in my skills. I am in Mike Filsaime's VIP - its not just about Mike although I respect him a great deal. This is about Dee Dee Williams. I'm young in the industry and new to internet marketing. I take responsibility for improving my skills so I can be the best leader possible. I am prepared, I do my homework and I am consistent.
But most of all, I lead with integrity and commitment.

I had a guy, named Steve, join me once in a previous venture. He wasnt sure of his ability and honestly he never tapped into any of the training or followed through.
At Christmas time I refunded his membership dues out of my own pocket. Why did I that? Because I knew the business was tough and I knew his situation was harsh financially. I never heard from him again, not even a thank you. But I'd do it again in a heartbeat....because that is the caliber of person I am.

Its okay if people want to come, stay for a while and leave. This isnt a free ride, bHip Global is NOT a get rich quick scam and we dont promote earn money doing nothing or earn money just because you are putting your money into a pool. There's some work to be done - take care of minding your own business.

bhip - results from a Google Search on bHip?

Search Engines give the results from a search request but its not always what you wanted. For example the keyword bHip....when you are actually looking for bHip Global, bHip Energy Blend, buy bHip, request bHip samples, join bHip Global or some other combination of the keyword bHip.

What you might think you would get is www.bhip.com but that redirects to Braden.com and that newspaper has their title as BradenHerald.com - all of these words bhip, braden and bradenherald are not the same so Google does the best job it can with and doesnt even rank this website bhip.com I've discussed it many times but I'll mention it again. Redirected websites dont rank or show up in search engines....so you'll never see bhip.com as long as this online newspaper company keeps redirecting you to other sites.

What you get from Google when you enter the keyword search bhip is

0.68 + 0.00 ( 0.00%) August 15 4:00pmET

Open: N/A Volume: 0

High: N/A Avg Volume: 19,000

Low: N/A Mkt Cap: 7.03M

Again, the results you get from keyword search bHip is NOT bHip Global...so its important to understand the results you get when you search on a keyword like bHip.

Now what does all that mean - why is that associated with the word bHip and why do you get a bunch of zeros and N/A (meaning Not Available) when you search on the keyword bHip?

Well I know from a Finance course I took in college that the bHIP NASDAQ at 0.68 means the value of the publically traded stock is less than $1 USD... yes! the ticker tape symbol BHIP is associated with Natural Health Trends Corp on the NASDAQ stock exchange and as of last friday August 15 the value was only 68 cents. $0.68 bHip. wow! that stinks. it appears that Natural Health Trends Corp using the name BHIP isnt doing so well these days....matter of fact bHip stocks are under a buck.
It appears that the name bHip is associated with Natural Health Trends Corp and its not helping bHip Global distributors or bHip Global prospects find the results they are looking for.

So I was a little curious about what happens when a publically traded stock like BHIP falls under a dollar. ha! that makes me want to do another search just like the previous search I did on the keyword bHip...but remember just like www.bhip.com you dont always get the results you want, you get the best results that Google could find. From Google, I got a search results at Yahoo "What happens when a stock's price falls below $1?" The resolved question was dated 3 weeks ago...so that seems at least relevant to now with respect to time...but does it answer my question? I click on the link from Google Search Results into Yahoo Answers. Will it give me any more information about bHip, because ultimately I want to know if the keyword bHip has anything to do with bHip Global, bHip Energy, buy bHip, bHip Samples or Join bHip.

There are three answers to the question What happens when a stock's price falls below $1? hopefully one of them will get some answers about bHip and the value of the NASDAQ stock that only shows as $0.68 USD under $1.

It gets delisted from most exchanges and it starts trading on the Over The Counter Market.

Nothing really happens because there are such a thing as sub-pennies, which are stocks that trade for less than $.01

If a stock is listed, if there is no interest in it, the stock will be delisted from the exchange. Stocks that sell for a penny have very little interest especially by those that trade/invest in listed stocks.

WOW! this pinksheets.com actually offers a wealth of information about the ticker symbol BHIP. There's not much going on...in June 2008 some officers sold their bHIP stock when it reached a little more than $1. The data on the Ticker Symbol BHIP goes back to 2006 but it shows alot of BHIP SELL and all the BHIP ACQUISITION indicate Non Open Market. It might have been interesting that Natural Health Trend Corporation had a tell-all conference call on August 13 2008 and this SEC filing is now blaming the summer and the Olympics for their struggle to keep Hong Kong markets thriving.

At least the REAL bHip Global corporation takes responsibility for its actions, OPENS bHip Hong Kong during the excitement of Hong Kong and actually has some of the best momentum we have experienced to date during these summer months - It wouldnt surprise me if more bHip stock owners will HOP over to bHip Global and sell their Natural Health Trends stock called bHip on the NASDAQ. If September 2008 doesnt boost the bHip stock to over $1 USD, its not likely BHIP will survive another year. In the quest to find the search engine results for the keyword bHip, it might be helpful if Natural Health Trends Corporation would disappear off the Google Results when we search on the keyword bhip. Then we could get back to getting the search results we want from keyword bHip.

So now that we've gone down the search engine highway and found a deadend with the ticker symbol bHip associated with Natural Health Trends Corporation...lets get back to our Google search and see what other results we have with the keyword bhip.

The second results for the keyword bhip is bhipglobal.com Cool! Its my favorite bHip partner Dharma again. Man! that bHip Global distributor really knows how to top the charts with securing the first page with the search engines.

The next search results for the keyword bhip that is noteworthy is npros. Cool! that's my bHip team showing again.

The next search results for the keyword bhip that is noteworthy is an energy drink review Great work bHip Team - we ranked on page 1 with keyword bHip again! You bhip Global Distributors are awesome!!!

The Beat Goes On

We start each day in our house with gratitude and as we discuss the plans for the day at the breakfast table, I am quickly reminded of why I chose to work at home. We are relaxed, there's no rush hours or scrambling to get into the rat race, there's very little stress and no boss - we're just enjoying the pace that we set. Imagine, laughter filling a house - giggling and joy. Plenty of time to smell the flowers and jumping in the puddles because we give ourselves permission to take it easy. One day at a time. I had always hoped that my life would be rich - sure, we have recently been fortunate enough to get organized and announce that we are debt free,( being debt free is incredible in and of itself...) but the wealth I'm talking about is related to the joy in our family, the gratitude we have, the hugs, the smiles, the encouragement, the serenity as described in As A Man Thinketh. Literally, no one is crying over spilled milk at the breakfast table in our house. When your focus is on gratitude, you get more of it. Man becomes what he thinks about. I'm thinking about being rich - and when I take inventory of my life, I am a millionaire. We are truly giving our children A Better Childhood.

I am constantly reminded of the great people who have trusted me in business and joined the Team in Motion. Last night Mike J from Canada called to help with a few prospects. I reported that 25% of my business partners are still active - that's remarkable to me. If you have been in the industry long you might have heard that 95% of network marketers fail. We're beating the odds here and its because we stay in the game. I was also grateful to discuss how our bHip Energy sample campaign is very successful - we have converted 10% into repeat customers (the earnings from those sales paid for all the samples & shipping costs, so we're very grateful for our new retail customers). 125 new bHip Global distributors joined my business already this month, August 2009. Our bHip Global product sampling campaign has been so fun. We did this product sample goal of sending out 300 free samples in the month of August 2009 as a thank you, we wanted to give back. Last night we were grateful to relax on the porch after a busy day with the family and we were talking about how we are 'really' accomplishing this success? We are looking forward to another vacation in Vegas - that's incredible. How in the world could a big family like we have ever afford a getaway in Vegas? How could we face layoffs and economic recession a few years ago and now we're debt free. How does that really happen? We're so grateful to bHip Global and the Team In Motion for making dreams come true. We're going car shopping and bHip Global is going to pay for a brand new car for us - a big car because we have a big family. Did you know that bHip Global pays up to $2000 per month for a new car? We kept saying Pinch Me, How did this happen? is this for real? What is our role in all of this? what is the magic in this company called bHip Global - I mean, network marketing is brand new to us - how can an average gal with zero experience change careers and excel with bHip Global so quickly?

After a little reflection on how incredible the last 20 months have been for us - we realized the success is in sticking to the Plan. Plan the Work Work the Plan (Earl Nightingale) Yes, our background is in Customer Service, although we had college degrees in Engineering, we had jobs that interacted with people and our responsibility was to help people - we understand how to connect with people because we were Service Oriented. So we took our skills and went to work. We were always hard workers so once you understand what the simple system is, follow the leader. Kosta Gara is the Master Distributor, we follow his lead to introduce the system to the world and it is lucrative. Stick to the plan, and avoid temptation like its the plague. As soon as you know you're slipping get right back on a bHip Global call or immediately connect with a Team in Motion leader. Yesterday, I received a 2010 calendar in the mail that says "The Sunny Side of Customer Service". Each month of This calendar is filled with funny cartoons and clever messages. We sat down to plan our coming year and we realized we've said many of these slogans and we've done things like Go the Extra Mile - literally driving 12 hours to meet our bHip Michigan Team. The success we have is about commitment to following the system, plugging in with everyone in bHip Global, side line, upline, downline - we dont really worry about the barriers as much as value the connection - I truly believe that every distributor in bHip Global is on the same mission, we're brothers and sisters. We're a strong company because those who stay with bHip Global are the TEAM, we are the Team in Motion and we're a close knit organization. The competition in our minds isnt within bHip Global - we're not even in competition with anyone.

We use Law of Attraction to introduce ourselves and our products and our business. People join our team because we're genuine. You can feel our energy. the bHip Energy. I think Zappos coined the slogan "transparent" - we are who we are. We are passionate, yes, we do a little self promotion but its offered like a smile - we're happy to have a big family, we're grateful to live in America, we're so happy to be debt free. I recently saw a tweet that was showing some growing signup numbers for one of the new MLM business that is in pre-launch. It was something like "just in 5, 10, 30 even 50 signups per day". What's kind of deceiving about posting numbers like that is the lack of information about what is required to 'signup'. If the positions cost $0, well, my friends 1,000,000 tirekickers are still tirekickers. You can hope that one of those million will suddenly get motivated but at the end of the day, your commission check is calculated on sales volume. The other deceptive part of some Network Marketing Companies in their communication is using fear of loss and false sense of momentum. Did you ever get an email that reads "26 people just joined your downline today". Well, my friends, that tactic is a more than a decade old and its simply a marketing trick to use psychology and manipulate people. Sure it works, because people are vulnerable and sadly don't understand the psychology of autoresponders. At the end of the day, its about Sales Volume and usually its specifically about your personal genealogy - like if you invited someone who bought stuff or sold stuff. This is marketing - and anyone who tries to tell you something different is consciously lying to you right at the beginning - and they will probably keep trying to deceive you.

Sitting in Traffic Never Felt so Good

Have you ever sat in a traffic jam and cursed. As you wait impatiently for the light to change, you just want to get through the rush hour or maybe you are really upset that there is an accident ahead that is blocking your way and preventing you from your destiny: consider for a moment taking the Opposite Viewpoint. What if traffic was a good thing. After spending 4 years of my Corporate Life in the Washington DC area, I learned to accept traffic as part of my daily expectation; there was little I could do about it and I frequently would be stuck in traffic for hours of each day. I would attempt to fill the time with value added activities like visiting with my passengers, listening to books on tape, making mental lists of things to do or things I'm grateful for. Of course, I could have spent my time watching people, that was less interesting to me but there was plenty of characters enroute everyday. The roadside views along the Potomac River (Virginia side) would be bright and colorful most of the year. (someone told me it was Lady Bird Johnson that wanted wildflowers to grow along the highways - apparently she has requested a similar initiative in Texas before coming to Washington DC. Whomever initiated it, I grew to appreciate and look forward to the Cherry Blossoms and other foliage). The traffic was the calm before the storm of my daily grind and I learned to enjoy the long drives every day after I realized I needed to change my attitude about Traffic. You could never really anticipate how long it would take to get around the Beltway, so you just had to make the best of it.

When you are in internet marketing, you gotta LOVE the traffic - I mean isnt our main objective to get visitors to come to our website? so next time you are in a traffic jam, allow yourself to change your perspective for a moment. Look around and think of all the people that you could share your website with. Sitting in Traffic Never Felt so good!

I recently added a visitor monitoring system and its fascinating to see who is visiting Free2Bhip.Blogspot.com these days.

The visitor monitoring system is from FeedJit.com - there is a pro version but I currently am just testing it under the Try It Before You Buy It policy.

The live feed, in real time, will tell you who is visiting, how they arrived at your site (like from Google or Twitter) and if they clicked on any links on the page when they exited. I've been finding the information very helpful to see, for example I can see the trends of activity on my Free2Bhip blog when I post a link in Twitter or Facebook.

I am quite surprised at the wide range of locations where people are finding me. I recently had visitors from New Guinea, Norway, Phillippines, Mexico, Guatemala, South Wales, Australia, of course lots from Canada provinces including Alberta, Ontario, British Columbia. The visitors from the United States have also been from all directions including but not limited to Oregon, California, Hawaii, Alabama, Texas, Arizona, Minnesota, Michigan, and New York. Free 2 bHip with Law of Attraction

This past week was my exciting brush with greatness and elbow rubbing with millionaires - I especially am grateful for visitors and friends that find my blog through their travels. A Better Childhood offers a little bit of encouragement - this is the freedom to be you. I am so happy and grateful to celebrate with my mentors, my bHip Global partners and my blog visitors.

I had a personal shout out from Jack Canfield, the renowned author of Chicken Soup for the Soul series. We exchanged some humorous comments; I was happy and grateful to Tweet about Jack Canfield because he's just contagious with his message and his wit - he's so genuine and its a honor to meet a person who is helping so many and reaches out to show his Real Personality. You are Gem in the Rough - thanks Jack for making my week awesome!

The following day I had a personal shout out from Dale Calvert. There is no doubt, if anyone knows me, that Dale Calvert changed my life - I consider myself one of his biggest fans. I will always rave about Calvert Marketing and Dale's training called 21 Ways - I found that his method of warm market prospecting is fun and easy to follow. We're on a mission to Pick a Town, Drop a Bomb. It was heart-warming to see Dale's continued humor when he responded "I hear an Explosion".

Every day I am blessed with continued Year Long Coaching program with Jim Rohn. I appreciate Jim's entire staff and the leadership of the Coach. Today is day #201 of the Jim Rohn Year Long Coaching Program - its a tremendous opportunity to grow within and build confidence. Once you have focused on personal development, you will see your business explode with momentum and partners. I think I can recite Jim Rohn Network Marketing Audio by heart - I've listened to it so often, it continues to inspire and be relevant to my business and my life.

Yesterday I received a personal email from bHip Global Master Distributor Kosta Gara. He has had a tremendous international itinerary in the most recent weeks. I am so blessed to have a partner that reaches out to me personally and makes sure I'm on track and heading to Vegas for our annual bHip Global Gala. I am looking forward to a bHip Global event in my Local area - details will follow, its going to be an exciting opportunity for me to watch others hear his testimony and I am bubbling with anticipation and can hardly think of anything else as the plans unfold for the bHip Global event scheduled in my neck of the woods.

Alamo and The Texas Attitude

I joined bHip Global in the early pre-launch because I was immediately connected to a three way call with my upline. I knew I made the right decision to join bHip Global when I attended an event and met our Master Distributor Kosta Gara - there is no question I was in the Right Place at the Right Time. I stay with bHip Global all these months because I understand the vision. Terry Lacore is at the helm of this worldwide corporation. He's got a Texas Attitude and "what I like best is the Texas Attitude. They're proud when they win and they brag when they lose". (Excerpts from Rich Dad Poor Dad). If you ever get the opportunity to hear Terry Lacore's testimony - you'll see he is very candid about his success stories and his failures. I have a great deal of respect for him - He taught me alot about humility and letting go of the past with love.

About three years ago when I joined my very first Network Marketing venture, I paid attention to my leadership and I followed EVERY instruction. One memorable conference call, the leader talked about Taking Care of #1 - yourself. I understood the commitment and responsibility to personal development. I also learned HARD about success, fast success and swift failure. My ego was bigger than my paycheck - I was recognized with or ahead of the Big Dogs as moving the most product monthly in a worldwide arena for a 12 year old company within the first 90 days of being in the business. Then I learned the power of Web2.0 and I was literally SHOCKED at my immediate success with Search Engine Optimization. My internet marketing tactics were not well received with the Corporate Execs and Leaders who had been in the trenches for years. During those early days, my explosive success took its toll on my sense of reality. I've always been a giver - that didnt change - but I didnt know the rollercoaster of success and I didnt expect something like EGO to persaude my decisions. I didnt realize that the failures were going to be as equally emotional as the successes. But I kept on focusing on personal development and I absolutely knew you had to 'get back on the bike' when you fall - Thankfully I had taken a 30 day course called Coaching to Profits BEFORE I started with both feet in the Network Marketing industry. That training told me be prepared to pick yourself up and work through the valleys because the next PEAK would be awesome!

One of my personal favorite books is "Rich Dad Poor Dad". I recently picked up this book to re-read it. I didnt recall the chapter about Overcoming Obstacles talks about Texas Attitude.

Robert Kiyosaki tells us:

"Think like a Texan. In Texas, everything is bigger. When Texans win, they win big. When they lose, its spectacular. ... Most people around here are so afraid of losing. The greatest reason for the lack of financial success was because most people played it too safe. So for most people, the reason they don't win financially is because the pain of losing money is far greater than the joy of being rich. If you really want to learn the attitude of how to handle risk, losing and failure, go to San Antonio and visit the Alamo. Its an inspiring story. So how do Texans handle failure? They still shout Remember the Alamo." (Excerpts from Rich Dad Poor Dad)

If you did 'IT' before, you can do 'IT' again. I have the great fortune of visualizing success - even against all odds. Friends and Family? haha! not sure if you can keep going back to those people when you 'move on' to a new Venture - but that doesnt deter me ONE MOMENT! I know the success on the horizon for me is to join the Millionaire's Rank - I have been working with the Millionaires of bHip Global. Follow the Leader - because Kosta Gara has prescribed the remedy for those start-up anxieties. The path is proven and the rewards are waiting. Thankfully Terry Lacore came out of retirement to lead the willing on the bHip Global mission.

15 Concepts for Success with bHip Global!

You must make and keep a schedule. Every business must be OPEN in order to make a profit. It doesn't matter whether you are in Network Marketing or own a McDonalds, if you don't turn on the lights open the doors and let folks know you're doing business, no one will show and you WILL FAIL. Set your business hours, live by them every day. Make it a habit!
Sponsor up - but don't neglect anybody. Rank yourself on a scale of 1-10, then go talk to everyone who ranks higher than you, they will grow your business faster and create more success for you. If they say â€œNoâ€ now, they'll come in later when they see you succeed, and the additional opportunities your company provides!
Find people that want it for themselves. A quote: "The day you stop looking for acceptance and start looking for business partners is the day your business will take off." This is a very key element for success. So many of us think of all the people we know who need this business. STOP; ask yourself this question, why do they need it? Could it be because of the way they are? Look for the people who want it for themselves.
Don't try to motivate those that cannot be motivated. (A corollary to #3 because we need it.) We can supply the tools, the system, the training the materials but we cannot supply motivation. The person happy to be sitting in the rain does not need an umbrella. The person who doesn't wear shoes does not need a shoeshine kit. Find the people who are motivated to achieve more and provide more for themselves their families and their communities.
Keep it simple Try teaching someone the Gettysburg address and then have him or her teach someone else who will then teach someone else. How long before it is unrecognizable? Not long! Teach them our simple system and they can replicate that.
Make money not excuses. You can do only one or the other. You cannot do both. Make your choice!
Establish why you are doing this business. Keep the focus on your why and don't let the bumps in the road stop you dead. Establish why each of your partners is doing the business, down to the color of the upholstery, color make and model of the car. The bump in the road looms large if you get down on your knees and stare at it. Stand-up and focus on your destination and the bump disappears. The tightrope walker never looks where his feet are; he always focuses on his destination. The same is true for a mogul skier, racecar driver, jockey and anyone else striving to achieve more!
You must develop leaders or your business will turn upside down. How do you spot / find and develop leaders. Look for those are working! Focus on developing them as leaders and you will achieve every goal more quickly because you will have more people succeeding!
Your success depends on the success of your organization. Focus on supporting others on your TEAM. Build Success Units of Business Partners who each enroll new Business Partners. Teach them to do the same and you will create an organization of successful people! Zig Ziglar said: â€œHelp enough other people get what they want and you will get what you want.â€
Put great people in immediately. Don't wait for the right time. Excitement and early success builds this business better than anything. Bring them in immediately and create an atmosphere of success that others will follow. They will serve, as role models and everyone will want to be part of your organization.
Get under people, not on top of them. Support, educate and help. Build people up. Lift people up show people their best side so that they see it too and share it with others. Be proud of their skills and help them conquer their fears and weaknesses.
Be proud of what you are doing. Question, "What do you do?â€ Answer: I'm a Professional Networker; it works really well for me... I am part of a great Team!
Sure there are people who failed at this, but they did not have our system! There are people who failed High School. Should every kid in the USA skip high school? The opportunities are endless and our business is the business of helping people take charge of their lives, of regaining control of the out of control. We are network marketers!
Don't Mother people. Lead by example. You can't say the wrong thing to the right people or the right thing to the wrong people. Train leaders and let them work. A quote: "Wealth hides itself from those who must do everything themselves and exposes itself to those who have the patients to coach others."
People learn by trying.
People who aren't trying don't need help.
To be great you have to be good first.
To be good you have to bad first. To be bad, you have to try.
Work with the people who are trying, who are taking action and help them be more effective in their actions.
Demonstrate it every day in your daily activities as you build your business

Build teams, not individuals. Find a system and use it consistently with your whole team. Work in teams, get an accountability partner who you communicate with daily on your goals, what you are going to get done and then at the end of the day, let them know what you have accomplished. Hold them accountable too.
Develop an Attitude of Action. Stop waiting for something to happen. Everyday you spend doing something that does not ultimately move you in the direction you want to go is a day wasted. Business, and life are not spectator sports. Get in the game, you cannot win or advance if you're not in the game.

Ever heard The calm before the storm. What does calm feel like?

I am a hands-on type of learner - have been my whole life. Put me in a lab and I'm a marvel. Put me in an auditorium with a speaker and I'll probably fall asleep! When I discovered this about myself I had already graduated Magna Cum Laude from College. My experience at the university proved if I wanted to learn something it would requires me to DO actions. I use this same technique when I am practicing visualization. I could easily read something or listen to an audio. If I want to remember what I'm reading, I re-write the words in a journal. Sure, this requires some extra time - but the goal is make a permanent impression in my mind's eye and I need that extra full-body contact with the words so that they resonate.
I decided to journal here on my blog today - today I'm reading about being calm. what does calm feel like? can anyone really be calm amidst all this economic turmoil?

Serenity, excerpt from As a Man Thinketh by James Allen

Calmness of mind is one of the beautiful jewels of wisdom. It is the result of long and patient effort in self-control. Its presence is an indication of ripened experience, and of a more than ordinary knowledge of the laws and operation of thought.

A man becomes calm in the measure that he understands himself as a thought-evolved being, for such knowledge necessitates the understanding of others as the result of thought, and as he develops a right understanding, and sees more and more clearly the internal relations of things by the action of cause and effect, he ceases to fuss and fume and worry and grieve and remains poised, steadfast, serene.

The calm man, having learned how to govern himself, knows how to adapt himself to others; and they, in turn, reverence his spiritual strenght, and feel that they can learn of him and rely upon him. How many people we know who sour their lives, who ruin all that is sweet and beautiful by explosive tempers, who destroy their poise of character, and make bad blood! It is a question whether the great majority of people do not ruin their lives and mar their happiness by lack of self control. How few people we meet in life who are well-balanced, who have that exquisite poise which is characteristic of the finished character!

Yes, humanity surges with uncontrolled passion, is tumultuous with ungoverned grief, is blown about by anxiety and doubt. Only the wise man, only he whose thoughts are controlled and purified, makes the winds and the stroms of the soul obey him.

Tempest-tossed souls, wherever ye may be, under whatsoever conditions ye may live, know this - in the ocean of life the isles of Blessedness are smiling, and the sunny shore of your ideal awaits your coming. Keep your hand firmly upon the helm of thought. In the barque of your soul reclines the commanding Master; He does but sleep; wake HIM. Self-control is strength; Right Thought is mastery; Calmness is power. Say unto your heart, "Peace be still!"
