The Beat Goes On

We start each day in our house with gratitude and as we discuss the plans for the day at the breakfast table, I am quickly reminded of why I chose to work at home. We are relaxed, there's no rush hours or scrambling to get into the rat race, there's very little stress and no boss - we're just enjoying the pace that we set. Imagine, laughter filling a house - giggling and joy. Plenty of time to smell the flowers and jumping in the puddles because we give ourselves permission to take it easy. One day at a time. I had always hoped that my life would be rich - sure, we have recently been fortunate enough to get organized and announce that we are debt free,( being debt free is incredible in and of itself...) but the wealth I'm talking about is related to the joy in our family, the gratitude we have, the hugs, the smiles, the encouragement, the serenity as described in As A Man Thinketh. Literally, no one is crying over spilled milk at the breakfast table in our house. When your focus is on gratitude, you get more of it. Man becomes what he thinks about. I'm thinking about being rich - and when I take inventory of my life, I am a millionaire. We are truly giving our children A Better Childhood.

I am constantly reminded of the great people who have trusted me in business and joined the Team in Motion. Last night Mike J from Canada called to help with a few prospects. I reported that 25% of my business partners are still active - that's remarkable to me. If you have been in the industry long you might have heard that 95% of network marketers fail. We're beating the odds here and its because we stay in the game. I was also grateful to discuss how our bHip Energy sample campaign is very successful - we have converted 10% into repeat customers (the earnings from those sales paid for all the samples & shipping costs, so we're very grateful for our new retail customers). 125 new bHip Global distributors joined my business already this month, August 2009. I'm so humbled by the volume of business and networking that is taking place with bHip Global. Mike showed me some new features with our marketing system - and I was grateful to send out some thank you emails using the autoresponder series within TeamInMotion. Following up with a thank you to all those who have sampled bHip Energy is just one more way we go the extra mile. We are the Team in Motion. Our bHip Florida team stepped up last night with getting a new rank advancement. Congrats on your success. As a Team, lets look at expanding your Florida network. As Kosta told us in Hip University training to build locally to $10K - its completely possible with bHip Florida. we can expand into bHip Puerto Rico or look for distributors in Georgia or Louisiana. Keep it local guys - and we'll plan our next team party at Disney World!

Some other exciting news - Kosta is in Toronto for the next few days as he is heading out on another world tour. My bHip Global distributors in Ontario Canada are invited to meet up with our Master Distributor. I am sooo jealous that you all get to have Kosta in your town several times a month. Our bHip Global product sampling campaign has been so fun. We did this product sample goal of sending out 300 free samples in the month of August 2009 as a thank you, we wanted to give back. Last night we were grateful to relax on the porch after a busy day with the family and we were talking about how we are 'really' accomplishing this success? We are looking forward to another vacation in Vegas - that's incredible. How in the world could a big family like we have ever afford a getaway in Vegas? How could we face layoffs and economic recession a few years ago and now we're debt free. How does that really happen? We're so grateful to bHip Global and the Team In Motion for making dreams come true. We're going car shopping and bHip Global is going to pay for a brand new car for us - a big car because we have a big family. Did you know that bHip Global pays up to $2000 per month for a new car? Plan the Work Work the Plan (Earl Nightingale) Yes, our background is in Customer Service, although we had college degrees in Engineering, we had jobs that interacted with people and our responsibility was to help people - we understand how to connect with people because we were Service Oriented. So we took our skills and went to work. We were always hard workers so once you understand what the simple system is, follow the leader. Kosta Gara is the Master Distributor, we follow his lead to introduce the system to the world and it is lucrative. Stick to the plan, and avoid temptation like its the plague. As soon as you know you're slipping get right back on a bHip Global call or immediately connect with a Team in Motion leader. This business is very forgiving, stay committed to yours GOALs to really be a success.

Yesterday, I received a 2010 calendar in the mail that says "The Sunny Side of Customer Service". Each month of This calendar is filled with funny cartoons and clever messages. We sat down to plan our coming year and we realized we've said many of these slogans and we've done things like Go the Extra Mile - literally driving 12 hours to meet our bHip Michigan Team. The success we have is about commitment to following the system, plugging in with everyone in bHip Global, side line, upline, downline - we dont really worry about the barriers as much as value the connection - I truly believe that every distributor in bHip Global is on the same mission, we're brothers and sisters. We're a strong company because those who stay with bHip Global are the TEAM, we are the Team in Motion and we're a close knit organization. The competition in our minds isnt within bHip Global - we're not even in competition with anyone.

We use Law of Attraction to introduce ourselves and our products and our business. People join our team because we're genuine. You can feel our energy. the bHip Energy. I think Zappos coined the slogan "transparent" - we are who we are. We are passionate, yes, we do a little self promotion but its offered like a smile - we're happy to have a big family, we're grateful to live in America, we're so happy to be debt free. We're so happy that I can be a work at home mom. This is who we are. Grateful. We are so grateful to be new at network marketing and everyone has been incredibly supportive. I know you got to be true to yourself and success will reward you.

There has been some amazing opportunities to meet people and network with some incredibly talented individuals and teams since I started my network marketing career. There has been a few moments that are worthy of mentioning -

Meeting Doctor Oz and working on a nutrition project to improve Health Education to Cub Scouts in my area was really meaningful. Life-coaching with Bob Proctor - who taught me about Quantum Leaps, Think and Grow Rich and the Science of Getting Rich. This has been one of those incredible life changing years with Bob and I am very grateful for his guidance.
